JFMS Open Reports is an international, peer-reviewed, online, open access journal aimed at practitioners and researchers with an interest in the clinical veterinary healthcare and welfare of domestic cats. The journal publishes high-quality case reports, short case series, and short communications reporting regional prevalence data or other data related to well-recognized diseases of domestic cats.

JFMS Open Reports's sister title the Journal of Feline Medicine and Surgery publishes original papers, short communications, and large case series, as well as commissioned state-of-the-art review articles and consensus guidelines.
